One morning a man woke up, discovered he had a red ring around the base of his penis and immediately headed to the nearest emergency room.
At the hospital a nurse examined him and said, "Don't worry, I have just the thing for this."
She left the room, came back with her purse and pulled out a package of towelettes. She then proceeded to use one of the towelettes to wipe away the red mark.
